A great decorator size wheel at 30" diameter. The 30"  wheel  has a flat hub with a socket on each side for a removeable screw in protruding hub.  It does not have a center hole for mounting on an axle.   It is sturdy and well built, yet light enough to be handled or hung easily.   A 3/4" steel band is securely fastened around the circumference of the wheel for added support and authenticity .   This item is not available for one or two day shipping. We can only ship this product to the contiguous United States.
